About Me
From Patient to Practitioner
My path into integrative health began not as a health practitioner, but as a patient. Years ago, I faced a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes — a reality I initially rejected. Denial, however, did not heal me. A critical episode followed: a severe bacterial pneumonia landed me in intensive care, where I spent a week in the ICU, two months bedridden, and nearly a year fighting to fully recover.
The combination of fragile immunity and uncontrolled diabetes left me constantly on the edge. It wasn’t until I turned to non-conventional methods — dietary changes and herbal medicine — that my health began to truly return. I learned firsthand that nutrition could make the difference between decline and recovery.
A Turning Point: When Hope Seemed Impossible
Soon after, life brought another profound test. My best friend’s father suffered a stroke, was diagnosed with glioblastoma, and left paralysed. His prognosis was grim. Conventional treatments brought no relief. In desperation, we tried what we could — a strict ketogenic diet and natural cannabinoid preparations.
The results were immediate and deeply moving. After weeks of pain and immobility, he finally slept peacefully, woke with renewed strength, and even his paralysis began to improve — he said: “I don’t know what you gave me, but it made me feel so much better. Thank you.”
It wasn’t cancer that ultimately claimed his life, but the harshness of conventional treatment. After a delicate surgery that left him weak and vulnerable, we clung to the hope that radiotherapy might offer a chance. Yet just one session was enough to break his remaining strength. Within a week, he was gone. The truth hit hard: despite decades of medical progress, cancer patients are still told there is no cure, while being led through a cycle of surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation that too often destroys more than it heals. Families suffer, watching their loved ones fade with little relief and no alternatives offered.
That experience changed me. It revealed to me that while acute conventional medicine excels at crisis intervention, chronic recovery requires integrating therapies that respect the body's natural design. For many serious conditions, real healing requires going beyond symptom control and invasive procedures — integrating therapies that respect the body’s intelligence, restore balance, and open the door to genuine recovery.
A Calling to Global Relief
These profound personal tests opened my eyes to a broader truth: around the world, millions of people face health crises with zero access to even the most basic health resources, clean water, or sanitation.
Driven by a desire to extend practical help where it is needed most, I founded JUSTAID.org — a non-profit initiative dedicated to delivering direct relief supplies, water purification tools, and essential health management resources to underserved communities.
Beyond my practice, I continue to support vulnerable populations worldwide through JUSTAID.org.
Note: The personal experiences and testimonies shared above are part of my historical path into integrative health and my nonprofit work; Integra services are designed to support general metabolic and lifestyle health alongside conventional medical care, and do not replace standard oncological or medical treatments.
