Emergency Situations
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR SERVICE FOR MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCIES OR OTHER EMERGENCY MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR NEEDS.
If you experience a mental health or other medical emergency, immediately contact your local emergency services. If you are considering actions that could cause harm to yourself or others, it is critical to seek immediate help by contacting your country’s emergency services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By using the services provided by Integra, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the services.

  2. Services Provided - Integra provides personalised integrative health guidance and non-invasive support through secure online services. Services include personalised written reviews, live consultations, and guidance based on integrative and complementary approaches, including metabolic therapy, oxidative therapy guidance, Biomagnetic Pair Therapy (BPT), and Emotion Release Therapy (ERT). -These services are intended to support general wellness, broaden health perspectives, and empower informed decision-making. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by licensed healthcare professionals. Clients are encouraged to consult their primary healthcare provider regarding any ongoing health conditions or treatments.

  3. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old to use Integra's services. Minors must have verified parental or guardian consent for participation.

  4. Consultation Scheduling
    Consultations are offered by appointment only. After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your appointment. 

  5. Cancellations and Rescheduling - Consultation sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. Single consultation sessions may be rescheduled once without additional cost. Repeated rescheduling will incur a £25 administrative fee. Session dates within a Core or Extended Program may also be adjusted with at least 48 hours' notice. - The Integrative Health Perspective is a personalised written service. Once payment has been received and preparation has commenced, this service is non-refundable. - Discovery Consultations, Follow-Up Sessions, and Core or Extended Programs are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  6. Payment
    All consultations must be paid for in advance. We accept payment through secure gateways (Square, Zettle, WISE). We do not accept insurance at this time.

  7. Confidentiality
    All information shared during consultations is confidential and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

  8. Governing Law
    These terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    Integra shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  10. Modifications to the Terms
    Integra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.

General Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

 

All services provided by Integra, including personalised written reviews, consultations, and ongoing support, are informational and educational in nature. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for care provided by licensed healthcare professionals. Clients remain fully responsible for their own health decisions and outcomes.

By using Integra’s services, clients acknowledge and agree that PANINI DESIGN LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, consultants, affiliates, and any persons acting on its behalf are not liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the services or information provided. This includes, without limitation, claims of negligence, personal injury, adverse health outcomes, or any other losses or damages.

Integra makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or suitability of the services or information provided. No guarantee is made regarding the results, success, or outcomes of any guidance, recommendations, therapeutic suggestions, or personalised health plans.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PANINI DESIGN LIMITED and all associated persons shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to health-related issues, economic losses, interruption of use, or dissatisfaction with outcomes—even if such damages were foreseeable.

This limitation applies to all legal theories, including contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, and any other basis of liability. Clients agree that their exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the services.

Entity Providing Services

All services described in these Terms of Use are provided by PANINI DESIGN LIMITED, a registered company (10016829) in England, United Kingdom. All financial transactions, billing and payment transactions, services, and obligations mentioned in these terms are conducted through this entity.
